ABOUT THE SUMMIT
Our heroic public safety first responders are routinely exposed to traumatic incidents and deal with the daily pressures that can take its toll on them emotionally, physically and psychologically. In order to perform their duties, they require a strong and stoic toughness. However, the stress and trauma that accumulates can begin to impact their work, attitude, family and relationships.
This one-day event is designed to provide public safety professionals an opportunity to hear personal stories of adversity and trauma and learn how others have created resiliency and post-traumatic growth. Attendees will leave this summit feeling hopeful and optimistic about building and maintaining emotional resiliency in order to thrive and survive in their noble professions.
