Today, thirty-eight civilian public safety leaders from throughout California graduated from Embassy Consulting Services’ Civilian Leadership Institute.

The goal of the Civilian Leadership Institute is to provide participants with the opportunity to develop skills and strategies in order to become engaging and effective leaders in their organization.
