Embassy Co-Founder, Joe Levy, sat down with The Company Doctors Podcast to discuss De-Escalation techniques and skills to deal with difficult people and situations at work or anywhere. Joe, a Retired Commander, hostage negotiator and PIO with the Long Beach, CA police department, joined The Company Doctors Podcast in an effort to help everyone with their workplace training and how to deal with customer’s better.

The podcast was hosted and moderated by Eileen Frere, formerly of ABC News LA. She hosted alongside Randy McKinley, the President of The Company Doctors.
