Civilian Leadership Institute ALUMNI Update Training Day
The Civilian Leadership Institute (CLI) was created specifically for public safety leaders to provide them with the opportunity to develop skills and strategies to become engaging and effective supervisors and leaders in their organization.
To date, CLI has graduated over two hundred leaders who are making a difference in their respective agencies. However, as it was discovered, leadership is a perishable skill and possessing a growth mindset means there is much more to learn and discover about leadership.
This one-day CLI Alumni Leadership Training Day will bring together all CLI graduates for an opportunity to explore additional leadership topics, while also creating the opportunity to network with your colleagues who have graduated from CLI Classes 1 through Class 7.
