Leadership for Public Safety Professionals
The world of public safety has never been more challenging than it is today. There is arguably a crisis of culture in law enforcement and the need for strong, effective, servant leadership is unprecedented. Who will lead our police departments through this crisis and the ones to follow? Who will guide our sworn and civilian personnel to be the best they can be for our communities?
During this training, attendees will develop skills and strategies to become engaging and effective leaders in their organization.
You will learn:
Chief Charles Celano, Tustin Police Dept. (ret)
