Embassy Consulting Services, LLC, in partnership with Kern County Probation Department presents:
Law Enforcement Professionals are dealing with many challenges, including how to interact and navigate through the diverse communities they are working with. Recent high-profile interactions have also strained police-community relations and has made the jobs more difficult. This interactive course will explore the historical relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve.
This training will also examine the dynamics of culture, police culture, human relations and the impact they can have working with a diverse population. Students will also explore effective ways to increase public trust while working within the criminal justice system.
