Confronting Implicit Bias in the Workplace
“Building and Maintaining a Safe, Respectful and Inclusive Workplace”
As our communities and workplaces become more diverse, employers should be providing services that are culturally responsive and equitable. To accomplish this, employees must undergo experiential training that allows them to examine, challenge and recognize how their biases may be impacting working relationships and the services they deliver to their community. During this training, attendees will better understand the role that implicit biases can have on relationships and on the workplace.
You will learn:
Presenter: Commander Josef Levy, Long Beach Police Dept. (ret)
Josef Levy has close to 30 years of law enforcement experience and is a highly skilled facilitator who has conducted training’s for thousands of professionals throughout the country. He has also trained at the International level, training delegations from France, Germany, Israel and Russia.
A week before the training, all attendees will receive an email reminder for the event along with the Zoom link and training access information.
Embassy Consulting Services LLC is owned and operated by Josef Levy, Commander (Retired) Long Beach Police Department and Lysa Gamboa-Levy. Embassy training seminars are not open to the general public. Embassy reserves the right to restrict or deny enrollment or access to any individual.
