This comprehensive five-month leadership program titled “Civilian Leadership Institute” is designed specifically for civilian public safety employees who are supervisors/managers or aspiring to become a supervisor or manager, working for municipal, state or government agencies. The goal of this training is to provide participants the opportunity to develop skills and strategies to become engaging and effective leaders in their organization.
Embassy Consulting Services, LLC is owned and operated by Josef Levy and Lysa Gamboa-Levy. Josef is a retired Police Commander with thirty years of law enforcement and educator training experience. Josef oversees Embassy’s Training and Professional Standards and Development division. Lysa has an extensive background in human relations and leadership development. Lysa is a former Senior Program Director for a National Human Relations Organization and has over thirty years of experience designing and delivering a wide range of quality youth and adult programs. She also worked for Long Beach Unified School District where she supervised a middle and high school dropout prevention program.
