Objectives of the C.A.R.E.S. Program

  1. Create a school culture and community that is safe, respectful, and inclusive.
  2. Develop skills that promote positive social, emotional and physical health and well-being.
  3. Practice positive behaviors that reflect appreciation and respect for others and our environment.

Our Approach

Embassy will collaborate with the designated school leadership and staff to design a program that includes interactive lessons and provide resources for the “C.A.R.E.S. Program” (Compassion – Action – Empathy – Responsibility – Support). This comprehensive program will include evidence-based curriculum supported by RAND and/or CASEL (The Collaborative for Academic Social and Emotional Learning) with additional resources will be provided by Embassy.

Embassy encourages administration to integrate efforts to create positive change, transform the school culture and ensure sustainability. Embassy’s process is to enhance, elevate and support existing school components and introduce some new concepts with this youth leadership program. To accomplish this, it requires that stakeholders include administrators, teachers, staff, students, families and community members, and best done through effective classroom instruction, student engagement in positive activities in and out of the classroom and include parent and community involvement.
